During the 1990’s, the Kashmir valley faced intense turmoil due to militancy, leading to widespread violence, displacement, and a breakdown of social structures. Amidst the chaos the founder of our organization late Haji Ghulam Qadir Wani undertook efforts to provide relief and social support, though such activities were often limited due to the prevailing insecurity. Late Haji Ghulam Qadir wani laid the foundation of this non-profitable voluntary organisation Zubada National Institition in 1989 and later registered with registrar of societies Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir on 23june 1995 under the act 1860 with registration no. 2336-s. The motive of our founder was to serve the humanity, he always said’
